Active Content - Links

I’m having trouble understanding this issue.
I just received notice on all my listings. It includes listings I’ve made with the latest version of GS.
Can someone help me to figure out what is wrong with my listings and how to proceed with repairing them.

Thank you
awj

I had a look at the source code of your listing. There’s no “active content” like Flash or Javascript but your listing isn’t compliant to eBay’s new https and link policy.

This is what you should do to correct it:

  1. Please download the latest beta version of GarageSale 7.0.9 from here:
    GarageSale 7.0.9 Beta 4 Released

  2. If you’re using a design from the Design Store, please update it as well:
Select “Show Design Templates” (Window menu), click on the cart icon in the toolbar and enter the transaction ID to re-download your design(s).
    https://manual.iwascoding.com/gs7/en/Design_Store-How_to_Use_Purchased_Designs.html#re-downloading-a-purchased-design

  3. Revise your listings to make your listings compliant to eBay’s new policies.
    https://manual.iwascoding.com/gs7/en/Listings_Section-Revising_Listings.html

If needed, you can revise multiple listings at once.
Once revised from within GarageSale 7.0.9 all the listings will be eBay compliant.

Thank you.
I still seem to be having issues with some listings showing non-ssl and non-bay links I guess for the images.
Something else I need to do?

I had a look at the source code of your listings.
In the “Background URL” field in the Properties Inspector it seems you entered the text “Blank”. This seems to trigger ebay because it’s not a valid URL. Instead just erase that field and leave it empty!
