Adding seller account

I have 2 auctions that the seller account shows up as “unknown account”.

Is there a way to manually assign? My token is good and the account name is in the preferences. this is only on 2 of approximated 150 auctions that I see this problem.

Are you using GarageSale 7? Did you start the listings with that version of GarageSale, or did you import them from My eBay or an earlier version of GarageSale?

GS7, and they were converted from 6.
