I received an Error 240 today on an item I’ve relisted many times. I clicked More Info. Apparently there has been a change in the jewelry attributes.
“It looks like you included information about plating in the Metal Purity item specific in your listing. The Metal Purity item specific should only be used to describe the base metal of your item. Please go back and only include information about plating in the Metal item specific.”
