Any way to Select All to send offers?

I like the new option to send offers to watchers. Is there a way to select multiple items. I would like to send, for example,10% off to all my thousands of listings.

PS: I know I can run a sale through ebay but offers get their own direct message to the watcher.

Sure, just select several listings with the shift key down in the left-hand outline view before invoking the “Send Offers To Watchers” command.
