Items with a listing QTY of 1, when created from a inventory item with QTY 1 are not shown to have a QTY of 1.
That is because you did not select the quantity field in right hand column. Not industrial goods (like collectables) do not need the quantity because they are always 1.
If you don’t specify a quantity, a quantity of 1 is assumed for that listing.
Not very consistent, and probably a technical detail of the eBay API we shouldn’t expose to the user.
