Business account not recognised by GarageSale. My fault?

Hi everyone,

Until now I was using GarageSale with my private eBay account.
Today I switched to the business one but apparently GarageSale returns an error every time I try to start a new auction: “It looks like you’ve reached the number of items you can list. You can list up to 10 items this month.”

Unfortunately I cannot find a solution to this issue.
Anybody knows how to fix it?

Try to list an item with your business account through the eBay website. In some case, eBay will give you a more detailed error message there. If everything seems fine there, please contact our support at garagesale@iwascoding.com.
