This morning all my listing templates have lost their categories, item specifics and condition notes. I cannot even re-add them as it will not access the menu there is just a red ? dot on the category.
I have done the usual things restart, update refresh. Nothing they are still all gone, even tried revising a listing does not retrieve the information.
Does anyone know what has happened? Thanks.
I would just like to add I am a UK seller but I have a couple of eBay USA auctions loaded in GS and they are fine and have not lost their info.
If not done already, refresh your eBay access token in the GarageSale preferences > Accounts.
Update the eBay category data afterwards manually (click on the sprocket icon in the category browser).

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly and so early as I assume you are across the pond! OK I had refreshed the token but had not pressed the sprocket. Have just done it and hey presto they are back! Thank you. Obviously eBay UK had the hump there! Thank you for you very prompt help!
