Can't Duplicate Listing Template

I’m trying to create listing for multiple items with the similar attributes, which I have been doing throughout my many years as a Garagesale user.

Now, whenever I try to duplicate a listing, the “duplicate” command is disabled in the dropdown (see pic for example). I see something about listing in “Smart Groups” causing an issue, but as far as I’m aware, I have no Smart Groups and today is the first time I’ve heard of them.

No luck with full restart on a 2013 MacPro running High Sierra OS. Any help?

what version of Garage sale are you running?

Are you selecting listings which are inside a smart group?
Listings which are filtered by a smart group can’t be duplicated, that’s why I am asking.

That is why I asked what version of GS. The menu is different than mine and figured it was GS 7 and needs updated to latest version of GS 7
