Please use the Media browser window in GarageSale to access your iPhoto library for the moment, until we have a fix. Please see here for more background:

Unable to add multiple photos to listing

We fixed several dragging issues with Apple’s Photos app recently. That might have broken drag&drop from iPhoto. We’ll take a look what’s going on here.
