There are explanation marks on my categories and shipping. When I try to choose the category it will only let me choose the first one. The mark even shows up on my listings that are running. I can not make any new listings.
Please give this a try:

Please open the GarageSale preferences > Accounts and refresh your eBay access token(s). A valid eBay token is needed to download the category data from eBay (needed for the Preview).

Update the eBay category data (click on the sprocket icon in category browser).
