Changing Condition with multiple items selected shows "Do not use"

using GarageSale 9.0 Beta 8.

Select multiple items with Condition “Used”, change Condition to “New”, Condition shows “Do not use”.

Unselect and reselect listings and Condition correctly shows “New”.

Also, shows “Downloading” when selecting the “date” line every time.
