Collectables category not showing as a choice!

Frustrated, since I am unable to create any new listings in the “Collectable” section, nor am I able to enable the “Best Offer” button.

I’ve experienced more glitches with the all-singing GS8 than all the previous versions combined.

Any advice?

It seems that your eBay category data is out-dated and just needs to be updated.

Please give this a try:

1. Open the GarageSale preferences > Accounts. Click on “Refresh Token” to refresh your eBay access token.

2. If done, select one of the listings in question and open the category browser. In that browser click on the sprocket icon to update the category data.

Note: The best offer feature depends on the selected category. It is only available if the selected category supports it.
