Combined Shipping discount

I am trying to make a combined shipping discount When I check the combined shipping discount tab it says no discount profiles available. When I click update profiles nothing happens. I have never used this function before so a little help would be appreciated. I am using version 7.0.15 (837) Thanks

Hi Brian,

you need to setup a shipping discount on the “My eBay” website first.
Please see the eBay help here:

If done, open the GarageSale preferences > Accounts, refresh your eBay access token and then hit the “Update Account Details” button. (If this won’t help, select “Update Profiles” from the Shipping discount menu in the shipping options, as well.)
