Copy and paste text pastes with colored boxes

all of a sudden when copying text and pasting to GS there are boxes around the text.

Could you show us a screenshot so we can see what you see?
This might be an issue with the text formatting you’re trying to insert or broken HTML in your listing.

It might help to select “Paste and match style” from the EDIT menu.

It does this with all different webpages. It never did this until getting version 7.0.4 (779)

Hi,

it seems that the text you’re pasting contains the dark background color. Using “Paste and match style” from the EDIT menu might solve this issue. You should try it with a new listing where you didn’t perform the paste action already.
