Does the newest version support the new UPC rules?

We have generic unbranded items that will not start without the UPC even though one does not exist nor do they have a model # or MPN. How can i start my listings without having to go back in and revise the listing?

Can you please let me know what category you are trying to list in, what eBay site you are using (US, Canada, UK), and what version of GarageSale you are using. Thanks.
