Extended return policy

I keep getting a message about not being able to use extended holiday returns because the item is not eligible for this. I am confused as to why this happens on some items but not all. Any advice?

Can you please export a listing template that gives you an error and another one which lists fine, and post both here so we can investigate.

I solved the problem by doing a bulk edit to remove Holiday Returns from all my listings. It only affected older listings but it was easier just to edit all of them at the same time.
