Sometimes, when I verify items in 7.0.6b5, I get the warning "dropped condition from item specifics"
I have selected “Pre-owned” in Condition and entered text for Condition Details
What does this mean and how can I fix it?

That’s a little vague. Can you export a listing that gives you such a warning and send it to me?
You need to remove the “Item Condition” attribute from the item’s attributes by clicking the “minus” button next to it. There’s a separate condition popup in the inspector. Seems eBay doesn’t like the have the same value submitted in the two places:
