As an infrequent user of GS 5.5.1 I was unaware of the myriad problems with 6.x.x crashing subsequent to El Cap … well 5.5.1 is suffering similar trouble. I just launched today to list a few things and managed to get one listed before GS began crashing every few minutes and after a bit GS crashes on launch - never opens at all.
At this point I’m not interested in moving to ver 6, instead I’m thinking of moving my GS from El Cap to a machine running Yosemite. I’m intending to move:
- GS app
- ~Library/App Supp/GS
Should this work for me? Thank you.
