GS Not Importing Final Value Fee

Garage Sale Shows that the final value fee on my most recent listings is Zero. Of course, this is not accurate. How do I fix this? Joe

Sometimes eBay transmits wrong fee values via their API.
What you can try is to select “Update all Listings” from the Listing menu and “Update all Orders” from the Order menu. Maybe it helps.

I have tried updating all orders several times. I don’t get any Final Final Value fees on the report. Please see the attached screen shot.

My report gets the final fees fine. What I don’t get reported however is the shipping. GS version 8.4.1
