Why does GS need to verify a listing whenever I click on it? Doesn’t that happen anyway before listing the item. Is that what slows down GS (Spinning wheel) when I select a large number of items?
In your GS preferences, what setting do you have selected for how often listings are updated? (orders tab)
Maybe decrease the frequency.

It is set to ‘never’
I update manually so I can update at a quiet time.
