I’ve paid for a year (in Aug) but now my GTC subscription is not showing as active in the image hosting and when I try to start a listing I get the GTC image warning. How do I reactivate as there was no serial that came when I paid?

In the GarageSale 7 preferences > eBay > eBay Images hold down the alt key (keep it pressed) and click on the Purchase button in the GTC image option section.
A small window should appear where you can enter your Transaction ID.
This should re-enable your GTC option.
If you can’t find your transcation ID, please contact our support directly.
