Please can you look at my thread about pics not uploading to eBay if I revise pictures in the auction. Updating to the newest version stopped making it happen every single time, but it still is happening.

Make sure that your image is in the correct file format (e.g. JPEG or BMP) The size of your image dimensions should be at least 800 pixels across the top or down the sides (8.47cm - 3.33 inches). They should not be over 7mb or 7000kb. Hope this helps you Kerry.
