You need to update to GarageSale 7.0.9b4:
All resources in the included design and in the designs from the Design Store are updated and https compliant.
Once revised from within GarageSale all the listings will be eBay compliant.
To bulk-revise them select them all in the left outline view and then choose the revise command from the “More” button. Please also see the help here:

It might be helpful to create a smart group that only shows your running listings. Use these smart group filters:
State > is > Running with bids or sales
State > is > Running without bids or sales
