I want to publicly thank Ilja, who went way above and beyond normal customer service to help me solve my problem.

The data file was dead and he worked for a long time and found a way in. It’s not perfect, but I can deal with that and I am so appreciative.

Happy to hear you finally find a solution for your trouble!! Is it possible to know the reason (if there is a specific one) so if you did something wrong I WON’T do the same in future?? It must be a serious trouble, reading your posts I was a bit worried by the idea it could happen also to me…
