Add Tag to Listing view middle pane section

Can you add the “Tag” next to the Listing Title in the middle pane section when viewed by icon? Photo 1 below. Can you add a “Tag” column (and allow sorting) to the middle pane section when viewed as a list? Photo 2 below. And maybe a “Tag” menu item (with popup menu?) to the right-click popup menus???
