No Barcode - can't list

I am unable to list a number of items on eBay, this is a new development. These items did not have a barcode when originally issued (or in some cases the packaging is missing), so I cannot enter a barcode.

Until recently I was able to enter "Does Not Apply” in the Barcode / UPC / EAN block in GarageSale for these instances, and the listings would complete, but now attempts to list using this workaround are rejected.

I am using current version of GS on a 2015 MacPro.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Atomiktoy,

Please make sure that you have GarageSale 6.9.7 or newer installed.

If so, please update the eBay category data. To do so open the GarageSale preferences and update the categories in the Categories tab.
(Make sure the correct eBay site is selected in the GarageSale preferences>General.)

Leaving the barcode field empty should be accepted by eBay. It’s important that you (force)update the eBay categories first.
