Trying to list new items, but get this error message, listing not possible. What’s going on?

Some details:
commercial account on ebay.de, token current, EPS, but error remains when I switch to GS picture service or own server. GS 7.0.21 on macOS 10.15.6
eBay down? Where? Works perfectly fine over here (Germany)
Also down in Germany and eBay UK also…
App doesn’t work and Kleinanzeigen also down.
Seems they solved the issue, site is available again. Also, listing works again.
