Orders do not update in GS 9

I received ebay notifications about some sales so i open GS to prepare shipping of the sold items but when updating orders (“commandes” in my french GS) nothing is shown … so I update and update … but nothing appears in my orders

Please give this a try:

  1. Refresh your eBay access tokens in the GarageSale preferences > Pro.
  2. Select “Update All Orders” from the Order menu in Order mode.

Yes this is what I did once then again and again …

maybe should i remove my ebay account from GS and re-install it ?

I think that there is a problem with the link between GS and ebay. Indeed when I tried to modify an announce it says that the item does not belong to me … and thus no modification is possible.

I tried again to update the token but no effect. (expiration date for the token is now march 2024)

Problem solved. I uninstall ebay accounts then re-install it. Probably a token update problem.
