PayPal Transactions only for the last 8 days and no further

Hi Everyone,

I have recently linked my PayPal and Ebay account, it has pulled all my orders but not all the PayPal transactions.

i.e only showing from 20th November and later but my sold transactions to 11th November.

Therefore no PayPal fees linked in the sold item.

Any advice?

Did you set Paypal API in preferences?

Hi, yes I did all set up correctly as it’s pulling the transactions but only from 20th November

No, I set it up on the weekend - on Saturday I believe - really strange
