Preview Mode Isn't Working on Just One Item

For no reason I can figure, one of my listings no longer shows in Preview mode.

It’s fine in Life and fine in Editor mode, but all I want to do is switch position of the photos, which is far easier than dong it in Editor mode, at least it would be for me.

Help?

Hi Michelle,

please refresh your eBay access token(s) in the GarageSale preferences > Accounts and give the Preview mode another try then.

I refreshed he token per your instructions, and even closed out GS then brought it back up. No change.

It says “Generating Preview” for a while, then goes blank.

The “duplicate” function generates a copy which also has no preview.

What version of GarageSale 7 are you using?

Also, please try to force a category update by clicking the sprocket button in the panel where you choose your listing’s category.

I did the sprocket thing as suggested. Still nothing. :frowning:
