when i try to relist a single item from my Vorlagen list GS tells me in the control center sometimes that I am not the original owner or it can not find the article.
I using more then one ebay account, do I have to specify which one to use?
I am using GS 7.0.20 and Mac OS X 10.15

you can only relist a listing using the same eBay account that you used to start the listing initially.
In that listing you maybe selected a store category that belongs to a different shop/account and that’s why you get this error when trying to relist the listing? That’s just a guess though.

How can I switch between accounts then? If I use the drop down menu to list it again instead of relisting it will always delete the category. Is that intended?
You can’t switch the account if you want to relist a listing. You have to use the same eBay account that you used to start the listing initially.
You probably have “Remove categories when duplicating listings” enabled in the GarageSale preferences > eBay > Advanced.
