Search function does not work 6.9.7

I’ve lost the search function.

It does not work. Any word entered yields hundreds of useless results… all of my library.

I’m using GS Version 6.9.7 (625) on Mac OSX 10.10.5.

If you click on that little magnifying glass in the search field do you maybe have selected the wrong section there?

I have used search many times. I know how to use it.

It does not work at all now since replacing previous version with 6.9.7.

When I enter a word into search everything goes blank on this template.

When I’m in the main list, searching causes the left column to become blank.

When you click on the magnifying glass and you get the pop-up menu, what is selected?

Thank you flypogger! thank you. I never noticed the drop down arrow before. That was it.

Images work so much better than words sometimes. Thank you.

(subtitles was checked. I don’t have any subtitles. Now I’ve changed it to titles.)
