is it possible to create a smart group to find those listings (I mean best offer for 30-days or GTC, not auctions) in which I have some offers to avoid-accept?

Right now that’s not possible, because AFAIK GarageSale does not track pending best offers. But it’s a good idea, so I added it to out TODO list.
