Trying to create a new listing today, and when I got to start the auction I get in Launch Control the error “Sorry, error is encountered when creating your item.”
Any ideas what this is, or where to find more information? I’ve tried searching the specific error via Google, and looking through the support site.
Could you post a screenshot of the Launch Control window with the error so we can see what you see?
Also, please let us know which version of GarageSale you have installed. (Just select ‘About GarageSale’ from the ‘GarageSale’ menu in GarageSale.)

This resolved itself thankfully. Must have been a temporary issue with eBay servers.
