Stripe Portal Login Not Working

Hi,

thanks for letting us know. This is not a URL that you should enter in your browser. You have to press the link in the Pro Preferences to get a properly working link.

Do you get a proper redirect when you click on the link in GarageSale?

It seems to be happening when I type in my credentials here:

It gives out the " 500 Internal Server Error" message at the page:

Maybe its my credentials?

as this is working with my account and I can not reproduce it: can you try once more? I tried to fix something without actually testing it…

It seems to be back working again. I wonder if this was on stripe’s back end then? Thanks Paul for looking into it. I am thinking of going yearly over monthly and wanted to see the portal page. I am in. Thanks.

Hi,

no, I do think that Stripe had any issues. Seems in some cases our server denies to forward you to Stripe. But this should be fixed now.
