How can you customize the tool bar, the option is gray’d out. I can’t get use to the start button being on the right I keep hitting the Template square!!!
What you describe must have to do with changes in macOS 10.15 Catalina. We’ll see what we can do.
So far you can’t customise the GarageSale toolbar but that might be a feature for a future version.

This issue might have been introduced with macOS Mojave already. What version of macOS are you using?

I think that feature went away when the GS upgrade from 6 to 7 happened. It would be handy to have back again.
Yes. The grayed out Customize Toolbar has been non-functional for a very very long time.
