Two error codes every time try to list! Frustrated! Shipping & Return policy required

I am getting two error codes every time I try to list something. It only started today.
ERROR 21919152
ERROR 21919154
I have added (and repeatedly adjusted) each of my policies to try to get it to cooperate.
To no avail. HELP!

Please let us know which version of GarageSale you have installed. (Just select ‘About GarageSale’ from the ‘GarageSale’ menu in GarageSale.)
