Unable to start a new listing

I am unable to start a new listing suddenly. When I click the + sign, the box opens, but the Start New Listing is grayed out.

Is this a known issue? Or something new?

What version of GarageSale are you using?

Is the “New eBay Listing” command in the “File” menu also disabled?

Hi!

I am using 8.4.1 (1326)
And yes - it is grayed out as well; and command N doesn’t work either.
