Very frustrated with this program

I have 1747 templates on this program and to get it to load new templates each day I have to restart my computer a couple of times, open and close the programs a few times (otherwise it just spins or doesn’t give me a fee’s quote), then under preferences “refresh the access token” and THEN it finally loads a new template. So basically I don’t ever shut down the program if I can help it so I don’t have to go through all of that just to get it going again!!

I had a wiz friend come over and check it out and he said that there is a SERIOUS leak in the memory and they truly needed to re-write the program… I wish someone could please help me!!

Sorry to hear that GarageSale is given you trouble. Can you please answer a few question so we can try to figure out what’s the source of the problem:

  1. What version of GarageSale are you using?
  2. What kind of Mac are you using?
  3. How much memory does your Mac have? (Choose ‘Apple’ menu > About this Mac to look this up)
  4. What version of OS X are you using?
