Are there any issues using Managed Payments with GS7?

I have not upgraded to GS8 because I only use the template aspect of the application to list ads. Should I expect a problem posting an ad to eBay once they activate managed payments for my account?

Is there any chance of lite version of GS for listing functionality only?

So far users who have already activated eBay managed payments only reported warnings, which they could simply ignore.

That’s very unlikely, as listings is the core functionality of our product.
