Running GarageSale 6.9.7.
All our templates are fine, however, there are no auctions showing in GarageSale and therefore no way to link the templates to the auctions to update things.
The Auctions section in GarageSale is empty. Selecting Auctions => Update from the menu bar leads to a message that auction states are being downloaded and that is it.
Can you tell me how to resolve this? Thanks!
When you choose “Import from My eBay” from the “File” menu, does GarageSale show any of your running eBay auctions?
If not, please try to refresh your eBay access token in GarageSale from Preferences > Accounts.
Yes, when I select “Import from My Ebay”, it does show the auctions.
I also refreshed the token.

could it be that you deleted these auctions in GarageSale previously?
If so you could bring them back by hitting the “forget deleted auctions” button in the GarageSale preferences>Tracking.
Please try to force-update the auction states afterwards. To do so hold down the alt key (option key), then click on the Auction menu and select “Redownload auction states…”.
