Hi - ir should be under PREFERENCES > ACCOUNTS or something like that, look for REFRESH EBAY TOKEN.

I’m not sure what happened there. I logged in and clicked on the create topic link, and these words were already in the box that appeared. I thought it was a forum issue, or does it refer to the computer application? Sorry, I’m confused what it is all about.

I guess you can ignore it. If you want to create a new topic just hit the New Topic button and type a new titel that describes your post.
