I am trying to use Automatic Cancel and Automatic Restart. The listing canceled, but the Automatic Restart is grayed out and I have a red warning icon. The icon does not tell me anything however. Does anyone know what the problem is?
It has to be a running listing to set the restart and not already canceled
Hi. Thank you for the reply. I had the automatic restart selected before it automatically ended. I cannot do anything with the grayed out fields. Do you know what the red icon is.
There is also a triangle warning over the restart icon on the listing.
I use the cancel and restart feature on a regular basis. Sometimes for any unknown reason it just fails to work on one or 2. I suspect the triangle icon and the (!) is the hang though. You need to figure what those are.
OK. Thank you again. I will try it on another and see if it acts up again.
