Bulk editing package weight

I’m trying to bulk edit the package weight and dimensions.

For example, my listings have 1 ounce letter but I need to change it to 2 ounces and “irregular”

Any way to do this in bulk and not individually?

Yes, but there’s a gotcha. You can only edit all shipping settings (including package weight) at once in one bulk edit section. So you have to be careful to select only items with the very same shipping settings. Here is how it should for shipping services. Shipping weight works analogous:

Unfortunately I cannot edit my shipping options like you can it seems.

Can’t you click on the text next to “Package” there where it says “Letter 10z., from 11229”?
