Can 2 different logins access same Garage sale database on the same computer?

I have created a new login for my employee but on their login garage sale is empty. Is there a way they can work on the same database I am using but with their login? I want them to be able to work on my computer with out being able to access anything of mine except garage sale.

When I switch back to my login I would be able to see the work they have done as if I did it myself and vice versa.

Is this possible?

With “2 different logins” are referring to 2 different GarageSale Pro accounts or 2 different macOS user accounts?

If the latter you could simply use GarageSale synching feature:
