Can not access preview mode

I haven’t been on GS for a while. Today I started the program, downloaded the latest update 7.0.16 (841). Mac OS Sierra 10.12.6

I want to reuse an older item (solid green icon) but although it will show HTML in editor mode it does not display the preview --just “Generating Preview…” indefinitely.

I was thinking of trying to restore my database (I have Time Machine) but thought I better check in here first.

Hi reptiles,

Please give this a try:
Open the GarageSale preferences > Accounts. Click on “Refresh Token” to refresh your eBay access token.
