I am totally new to EBAY and GARAGESALE. New New New.
I keep getting this on my listings and can’t post anything yet, and don’t understand why or what to do.
Problem:
Please select a shipping profile, If you selected profiles for returns and payments, you need to choose a shipping profile, too.
I don’t know what to do to fix this and don’t understand where to go to fix this. I am NEW. Can anyone offer me some help so I can list my items. ???
In the last line of the shipping pane choose “DON’T USE” in the shipping profile. Set that in your ebay preferences. If you use a shipping profile then you have to use a profile for returns and payments.
These “profiles” for payment, shipping and returns are part of eBay’s “Business Policies” feature. We created an own help page for that feature that is worth a look to better understand how it works:
