All of sudden all my condition fields in GS show ‘Not Supported’ and are inaccessible. I cannot upload any new listings as 95% of my 40,000+ listings require the condition field (category: Sports mem, cards & fan shop/sports trading cards/Trading Card Singles). Even more troublesome is the Condition field shows ‘Not Suported’ which means the previous values might be lost! Could this have happened when eBay categories are downloaded automatically periodically by GS?
You most likely just need to update the eBay categories manually. The category data includes the values for the condition.
- Open the GarageSale preferences > Accounts and click on “Refresh Access Token”.
- If done, select one of the listings in question and open the category browser. In that browser click on the sprocket icon to update the category data.
- Select the desired condition.
