The button to duplicate templates not working…I tried restarting but that didn’t work Help!..Thanks!
Could it be that you have a listing selected that’s inside a smart group?
Smart group items can’t duplicated (for technical reason as far as I know).
Try to select the “original” item and duplicate it then.
