Can't open Properties tab

I can’t open the properties tab on the right side bar, it is blank, there is gear icon beside design properties that gives me the option reset current design properties to their default values. How do you add an image from Mac to be background for all listings? Thanks

If the “Properties” inspector is blank then you don’t have a listing design selected in the design browser.

If you want to use an image as the background image you have to insert your own HTML in GarageSale’s Editor mode and the image needs to be available online.
(You need to be familiar with HTML to do this.)
